Youth Program

Camp Emily's Way

Camp Emily's Way is a transformative 1-week overnight leadership summer camp designed to empower middle school-aged girls. As part of our workforce development initiative, the program nurtures the whole person by instilling values and life skills while providing leadership development and STEM exposure. Through this experience, we prepare these young girls to break through their own glass ceilings and lead with confidence in their future careers.

Campers will participate in leadership development & STEM activities, community service projects, and wilderness adventures - pushing themselves both mentally and physically while also learning the importance of sisterhood, integrity, resilience, self-awareness, and determination. Our goal is to plant seeds of confidence in these girls at a pivotal time in their development.

Led by women West Point graduates and current young women cadets, girls will build communication skills, increased empathy, problem-solving abilities, and emotional intelligence. Speakers will share their stories and provide inspiration. Our holistic approach combines personal growth with academic enrichment and workforce/college preparedness.

At Emily's Way, campers will form friendships and memories that will last a lifetime while gaining the wisdom, experience, and self-belief to become the motivated, compassionate leaders of tomorrow.
